This site is dedicated to leadership and the cultural aspects of introducing AI to your organisation. Organisational culture is like the weather: it is always there, everybody is talking about it, but no one is doing anything about it.

This is your chance to change that!

If you want insights about how to lead and how to form your organisational culture when implementing your AI strategy, you have come to the right place. Though you will not get any blueprint or playbook about how to address leadership, culture and organisational dynamics – because that does not really work. But you can learn about all the important aspects of how to lead change and succeed with organisational transformation. In the end, you need to make it your own, you know.

If you are looking for guidance on how to implement AI automation or become an expert in prompt engineering, look somewhere else – that is what most other AI consultants are focusing on. If you instead are looking for how to engage employees and help them make sense of what is happening in a complex and ever-changing world, and be successful while using AI, then you are in the right place.

We use the term Agentic Leadership, which was introduced in 2025 by Kashif Zaman. According to Zaman, Agentic Leadership is not about technology replacing leadership. It is about timeless wisdom meeting new intelligence. We subscribe to this. However, where Zaman is primarily focusing on Agentic Leadership as leading with AI, we are extending the term by adding leading along AI to also address the social aspects of leadership within an AI transformation. So our definition: "Agentic Leadership is about leading with AI, and leading along AI" embraces both how you can amplify your leadership through AI and how you can address psychodynamics and organisational culture when introducing AI.

Through articles, podcasts and self-paced training, you will learn to find your way and make things work in your unique context. You can also share ideas or ask for others' opinions to gain even further aspects on certain challenges you may face. You can also book one-on-one coaching to help you bring learning into practice.
